BIG PROBLEMS DEALING WITH YVES DOUMERGUE.
my kronos broke the small brass plate, I emailed yves for help and he kindly offered I return it to him, - so I did return it to him, SIX WEEKS AGO. guess what? I have not had it returned. he has it, but has done nothing. I have sent an EIGHT emails, as well as a personal message here on the Café. NOT ONE REPLY, NOTHING. kronos and his psi key are very expensive items, and this kind of customer service is appalling, so outhers please be warned. |

That is surprising, I recieved excellent service from him on the same item. Parmenion, if you know Yves, could you give him a call and let him know about Steve's problem? He might be having computer issues. Tony |

David, if you have indeed been receiving "great service from yves", would you be so kind as to pass on a polite message to him ? - please ask that he reply to all my unanswered emails, or to return my broken "kronos".either repaired or otherwise.
david your statement also begs the question, as to just how recently you have received this great service? because I cant even get the courtesy of any kind of reply from him, - in all eight messages were sent to both his email adresses,so that's sixteen emails, over a six week period. I have also sent a personal message here on the Café,and he still has my "kronos" that he received six weeks ago. it is as a last resort that I posted this thread in the hope that someone can get through to him. |

I have emailed him and messaged him here on the Café, he's been great with helping out straight away. Until now I haven't been able to fault his service. I'm sure he will mail back, it's quite surprising that he has not done so already, Good luck with it, I hope he makes contact as I'd hate to see him get the reputation that others have on bad customer service.

Matt-g thank you for that.
yes it would be a shame that a creative inventor like fab.... sorry I mean yves, - get a bad reputation by ignoring customers. I cannot beleive that a creator of a series of high profile items like yves would risk his reputation like this, I am a proffesional salesman myself, and its very easy to destroy a previously excelent reputation, with just a little bad customer service. totaly ignoring emails and personal messages, and not sending out items is just not on. by now I guess my "kronos" is to be no more, - but by speaking out on this thread maybe other future customers will be more carefull before spending there money, and make decisions based on how other people were treated by yves. |

Yves is one of the good guys, and I'm confident this has just been the cumulation of an unfortunate series of events.

Steve-
I understand your frustration, and really didn't want to post this, as Yves ALSO generously offered to exchange a faulty Psi-Sharpie 2 of mine, which I mailed to him in September. I have received nothing as of yet, and I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, as Yves has claimed he sent a replacement out, but this is very frustrating. Adding to the expense of the PSI Sharpie, was the fact that I INSURED the Sharpie- which unfortunately only covers it one way- TO France. Yves told me he received it way back at the beginning of October. As you said, these are very expensive items, and I really hope Yves takes care of this. I have been a good customer, and have enjoyed his work immensely, so I hope there is resolution. Dr. Res, David-- if you could help put in a word to Yves, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Gabe |

My most sincere apologies to Mr. Doumergue. It took a couple months, but man was it worth it! Not only did Mr. Doumergue remedy the situation and replace my pen, but he added a wonderful bonus for my having to wait. In short, Yves came through bigtime. And I responded here prematurely, as it was only a couple days after my post when my Psi-Sharpie arrived. So I would like to say a loud "thank you" to Mr. Doumergue, and also tell the members here that I would recommend his products and service without hesitation. And thanks, David!

PSI KEY
I recieved the Psi Key from the Magic Depot recently - it instantly makes you a Uri Geller, no even better, even my favourite skeptic Randi would have to admit that the key miraculously bends by itself. But be warned he will not have to shell out the 1 M he has promised for a "supernatural" performance. My only conxern is, how many times the key can bend before it gets tired. Does anyone know from experience? Kaarlo von Freymann Helsinki Finland
