Hi Matt,

Skin is not a your average coin bending routine, it is a piece of psychological theatre. Skin has been Ben's signature effect for over six years. Every word, every action, has been created so that the spectator truly believes that they see and feel the whole process. If there was ever an effect that could make your spectator truly believe that you were controlling their mind, then this is it.

The best part - all this is achieved smoothly and naturally. The nest part about the whole project is that Ben has really tipped the full work and psychology behind this routine, as well as thinking and ideas that will help performers in other aspects of this area of performance.

I will keep you informed on any updates as and when.

Regards

Peter.

I like you, Nike. You don't let go. I'm also keeping an eye on this. Any updates would indeed be appreciated but I suspect Peter Nardi is busy with Extractor at the moment.

Still in the pipeline, Ben's coin bend 'Skin' is not just about a coin bending, it is the difference between the audience saying "Wow, what a clever trick." and stunned silence and the sound of a needle dropping on the floor.

This is the real deal when it comes to psychology, presentation and the effect left in a spectators mind for life.

I get some of my strongest spectator reactions with a coin bend and think I've used every method imaginable. It's one of those effects I constantly tinker with. After seeing Ben's work with cards, I can't wait to see his take on this classic.

Just wondering about any new info?
Someone told me Ben had a certain unwillingness to release this? Is there any truth in that?

I think Tim mention it earlier in this post, Peter also mentioned something about its inclusion on a TV special. So they might be waiting for that to be aired.

Been doing Derren Browns coin bend for a while now with Jermay touches, getting a bit obsolete now, looking forward to this.
