I ordered from http://www.morphopolis.tv/
Ordering instructions were in French, but not so hard for non-speakers to navigate. |

I tried to count but always got off. I think that it is possible to turn it inside out 10000 times, for 5-7 thousand reversing I am assured, will sustain. All works, I have sent parcel to my first buyer in Café. You can order direct from my site using paypal! The shop on ebay temporarily does not sell. YURIS. |

Look forward to soaking up the sponges. I will try, in good form, to offer a review. I did e-mail Hank Lee (who offers them cheaper), but who said they were only available in red. I needed five colors in order to do a reveal of the color selected by the spectator on Wisseman color die or Multidimensional and guessed by the dragon puppet (the "cube" dragon egg of the color divined by the volunteer will "hatch early" when the silk covering each of the six is removed). Yuris has a lot of Morphers going through the motions on his polyglot site and there were plenty of cool-looking ones. Only problem was that he was out of yellow dragons (got a dog . . . since only one "hatches" audience will never know what others looked like) and there are no white ones (but everyone knows there are no "white dragons," only blue dragons with white stripes - velcro or felt, etc.).
I'm hoping this will work for older kids and family shows. What do you think? Constructive criticism appreciated. Will let you know. |

I always loved it because it is light weight and a very quick effect and I found that it appeals to all ages (inc adults in family shows). good occasion to begin conversation, for streetmagic, around a bar or anywhere in a way: Do you belive in Magic? Quote:
just make a fist with your thumb curled above the 1st finger and facing toward the ceiling > put the cube on top of your fist (with the opening side at the bottom obviously) > then with the forefinger of your other hand just poke it into your relaxed fist and it will turn itself inside out. Did you tried to do it with one hand? Your other hand become free and there are many variants for game, transformation can be made instantly. I think I must have had about 5 of these little things as they are sponge they are prone to wear and tear but well worth it. I would be happy to see you show them. Can I see on video? After 15 years foam ageing process, is accelerated and in a progression. Then foam is scattered as ashes. So, tear them! Collect an applause! And get new! while my hands can make them !!! I was just begining to get an interest in some small magic effects that were simple that I could do in the ER hospital setting for children. He did not call it a "morph dog" instead he told me it was an armadillo egg, and showed me how to make the change. It is red and looks just like your dogs, so it has to be the same thing..now I know what the real name of it is..and I can get new ones. My original one eyed armadillo is still special to me. I must have used it hundreds of times when I was using it. It had been put away and forgotten now for about 6 years, found it digging through an old box. I had only 2 tricks I did back then: color changing knives and my armadillo egg...magic was much simpler for me then.

It is a pity that I did not see Wisseman color die before parcel departure. I could add to you different colours cubes without dragons or I can make one morph dragon from white foam. White or nearly white it is possible but a problem for foam color is light, on the light white will quickly become unpleasantly dirty yellow. As well others colours, if you wish to keep a pure colour longer, hide them after performance in black bag, this will keep longer colour. Quote:

I think the parcel should appear soon. Let me know! Yuris. |

I should be thanking you really, as it was your red dog that was one of he first actual tricks I used when I began doing magic in the hospital for kids. Now that I found it again, it is a fond reminder of how long ago I started. Oh, I forgot to mention that according to the story the old clown guy taught me, the armadillo eggs are square, and they are laid inside a cave (like a closed hand) where they hatch and become armadillos. I am going to order a couple, so I can start doing it again!

Got the foam dragons; they are fantastic. I'll use next week in birthday show and report back. . .
They are a little smaller than I recalled, and delicate. But quite well done. |
