One of the "sleeper" books from 2007. Highly recommended.

See my review some where here. Great book for those wanting to learn how to present magic rather than those just looking for more tricks (there are good tricks in the book as well but he focus is presentation.

Faras, the number of effects are limited, around 11 I think. He gives routines as examples of how he structures a routine. Its chief value is in how to present magic...the tricks are good though.

11 is enough for me. I'll check it out. Thanks.

Feras,
The routines in this book are great and they alone are worthy of your money. However, the advice, insights and wisdom about the performance of magic as an art, are far more valuable. For me, "Transformations" is one of my very best purchases of 2007. In my opinion, if you perform at all, whoever you are, you need this book! |

Its just because card magic performance and construction are my main intrests at the moment. Anyways, I'm re-collecting the magic budget, this and Ortiz's book are my studying book for the upcoming months.
Looks like a great book. I always enjoyed reading performance essays. ~ Feras |
