John Bannon's DUPLICITY. You perform a miracle and all can be examined at the end. Comes with the cards, but it isn't a card trick.
Paul Harris's Twilight Angels. Made better now with the WINGS effect. |

Really the WINGS effect?? I must be missing something. It just cries gimmick card. I think WPR was dead on. I would to bet it will end up on the worst effects not to long from now.

Y'all are gonna kill me, but the best, or at least the most USEFUL (from a practical standpoint) I have purchased is Jay Sankey's killer key. Tiny pocket space needed, and I carry it with me and use it all the time. Oh! That and Twilight Angels! I think it's equally divided between them. Let me put it this way. When I die, those two items are going to go in my coffin with me before they close the lid and seal me in the dark forever.
The difficult must become easy, the easy beautiful and the beautiful magical.

Daffydoug,
Which comes first, the killer key or the coffin? What a great choice of words in your post! Lol |

Invisible deck is amazing. The fist time I saw the performance (David Blain) I thought that a camera trick was involved.
Also the TT, cheap and you can make so many different effects, I never leave home without it! |

MD Promystic and Rainbow Deck. Both self-working and stunning with the right presentation. The Three Card Monte comes at third place.

Best trick EVER is hard to say. We probably all go through phases of our favorite at the moment. Mine right now is Alexander Kolle's "Stitched". Very nice, very easy to perform. I have not had enough time to extensively field test it yet, but I do love it. I will be doing my third performance later on today. The only disadvantage is that you can basically only perform it once per venue. After all, if your jeans keep getting ripped and then restored time after time at the same party, it will appear suspicious. But I do love this!

I like Larry Becker effects:
Casino Royale: One of Larry Becker's most popular and favorite routines where a spectator randomly selects one of fifty casino chips, a handful of bills and two playing cards. A prediction envelope, which has been in full view the entire time, is opened and inside is predicted the name of the casino, how much money was taken and the Blackjack hand selected by the spectator. Kolossal Killer III: A streamlined version of a marketed routine where a thought-of card is revealed by removing a prediction from your wallet that has been held by the spectator the entire time. Here you have it: http://www.mymagic.com/becker.htm Mini Remote Vision Color Cube by Tim Wisseman, this is a true worker, looks like you have the "Power" - http://hocus-pocus.com/ have it in stock. The Perfect Pen by John Cornelius, love this pen... http://johncornelius.com/ Crazy Man's Handcuffs by Michael Ammar, this effect I do almost daily for over 20 years, a trick they will remember a long time, sure. Ultimate Float Controller by Stefan Schutzer. Makes levitating easy. |
