The following are effects I always do, as they are almost totally impromptu, easy to perform and get a great reaction:
1 - Color Monte - Greatest packet effect ever. 2 - Scotch & Soda - Greatest gimmick coin effect. 3 - Ken Allen's Jumping Gems - fantastic mileage out of 2 plexiglass sticks. 4 - Fred - Card effect that has the name "Fred" on back of the selected card, everyone is blown away with that one... Rennie P.S. - This is a great topic by the way, listing good as opposed to bad...
The effect is the important thing, how you achieve it is not.......

I've thought and re-thought about this and I would say over the many years (since 1964!) I've been buying stuff it has to be Greg Arce's 'Free Style Book Test'.
It is just brilliant and after the prep you can do so much and so many mind blowing reveals off multiple pages it is stunning. I don't know if Greg still has it available but if it is it's a real beauty. Higley
