This is what happens when your over-indulged teenager can't decide if he wants to join Guns N Roses or Siegfried and Roy...

HA! YAY for Pyros!
Loved it, thanks Jerome! Didn't Osterlind used to perform in a band and do illusions in between sets? Oh, how much do I hope that Osterlind was Glam rock too! "Don't ya want my love... Now baby!"

Rock-tastic. The axe-work made me reach for my air guitar and play it like it had never been played before.
I thought the moon-walking was great, but I found the flying spinning round-houses a bit unnecessary. Come to think of it, so was all that magic stuff he was doing. He would have gone up in my estimation if it wasn't for all that conjuring. Loved the techni-colour spandex. Criss Angel? Guns N Roses? Seigfreid and Roy? Talk about Use Your Illusion II ...

Where could one get a pair of those rainbow pants? I checked Alakazam but they were sold out. |

So, in essence, Angel freak was also trying to insert som David Lee Roth style in the mixture of things he did?...
Me, let me have the original David, G&R, S&R anyday rather than this. Yeah, I know... I lack the good taste that would be needed to fully appreciate Criss. But I can live with that.

We used to call it a crescent kick.
That was very funny and reminded me of the MONKEYS TV show, only the music wasn't as good, and there was no Davy Jones. |

Too bad David Blaine did not shot a music video (or did he?)
Now, Criss can claim he did yet another thing that Blaine never did.

Usually "tornado kicks" are done in a succession of at least two in a row; otherwise, you could call just one of them a "jumping crescent kick," I suppose. YTMV (Your terminology may vary) Arnon |

I didn't want to type in "jump spinning inside-crecent", too much typing, maybe that's why you guys call it a tornado kick. (Isn't the tornado the jumping, spinning inside crescent with 1 foot followed by an outside crescent with the other? We called that a Whirlwind during the 70's)
He didn't try a butterfly kick, that would have been amusing. I miss Davy Jones. |
