... having trouble with this, specifically the move where you "rub" your index and thumb in opposite directions in order to bevel the fold to create a gap for your left thumb to enter. For those that understand the effect, are you with me? I can't seem to get this bevel action happening... I've tried licking my thumb and index finger, or clerk's "sortkwik" lotion, to get a better grip but the problem seems to be the paper itself. It just doesn't seem to want to yield. Yet I don't feel I should need special paper, nor have to buy such specialy marketed paper from Richard. If anyone else has had this problem, I'd like to hear from you.

Adrian I had to buy different paper weights to get the one that is perfect for me. I bought some A4 different pads and different paper weights and give it a try.
I make my small paper pads by cutting the A4 size pad and put a rubberband around to get them tight and I carry this with me. Cheers |
