In my childhood, I fell asleep during "The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm"; not because of the movie, but as 'protest' over a dispute I had with my parents earlier.
Movies that almost put me to sleep include: Solaris (original) Terror in the Haunted House Do Go in the Basement

Spy Game has been the only movie to put me to sleep.

I am very lucky if I remain awake for any movie. The last 10 years or so I find myself falling to sleep in theaters way too often. It does not matter what type of movie it is either or what is happening.I sometimes feel like Mr. Bean in Rat Race where he falls asleep standing up. Some examples of movies I dozed off in are... Saw 2 and 3, Pirates 2 and 3, AVP Requiem, Across The Universe and many others. In my case it does not reflect on the movie and before anyone says anything, know this... I DID NOT FALL ASLEEP ON CLOVERFIELD! I swear, not even for a moment. But that was also at 11 am on opening day. LOL Anyways, I often end up filling in the missing gaps via rentals afterwards, if it was a movie I really liked and had to know what I missed.

Ok, well I also fell asleep while watching Fog of War, but that was on a day I was staying up all night to reset my sleeping patter... Fog of War kicks a**

One of the few movies that sent me to sleep was war of the worlds. I love Jeff Wayne's version, but the movie sucked.

Mostly all of them. I burn too many bones to stay awake. The worst is when I'm in a theatre doing a head-bob and snoring. My GF freaks...
