Whether it's my kids or others, when you perform for real little kids, they like to hold props and be able to do magic themselves. What are some tricks that you don't mind letting them in on so they can have the experience of doing "magic"? I don't mean ones you perform with them like sponge balls but ones that give them the full experience. Obviously I don't want to teach kids IT but they'd love to be able to float things. Thanks for your thoughts.

For "real little kids" I'm not sure there are any. If you teach them a trick then in there mind they're not doing magic. The sponge ball/waving wand route will actually give them more of a real experience of doing magic than actually teaching them something.

There are lots of little things you could do that require little to no props.
I bought one of these "Hand Trick" VHS tapes that you watch the hands in gloves do. They reveal the trick so the kids can perform it afterwards. Very simple for them to accomplish and well made. You just add your own cover to that and resale it to your audience. They even put your advertisement at the first of the video to make it professional. Might be something to look into although it is a bit pricey. But you are allowed to make as many as you like to resale. Good Luck! Brad
