Does anyone know of a large scale prediction board that's available? Been looking all over with no luck. The one I saw in a show recently was on wheels, two rows of three dry erase squares. Any help would really be appreciated.

Sounds like a huge Mental Epic board, through the years associated Hen Fetsch, U.F. Grant, Guy Bavli, and others. I've never seen one that large, but I don't know why you couldn't have one built. I'm sure someone here probably knows if this is available or where you might find one.
Here is a website that has a version available in "custom sizes": http://www.houseofenchantment.com/pages/......pic.html Also look here )toward the bottom of the page): http://www.chefanton.com/scoundrelsstore......ucts.htm Good luck!

I have a beautiful Dry Erase Mental Epic made of oak that is quite large. Great for the largest of stages.
PM me if interested. Lou |

Hi Cashetta.
The one you might have seen is made by Chalet magic. I own one and it has been a great part of the show for a long time. http://www.chaletstephens.com/images/mentalepic-tn.jpg I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from him right now unless you want to wait a very long time. |

This looks kind of like the School for Scoundrels version stuck on a wheeled base.

The best on is at tilfordillusions.com. There is no special move and it looks beautiful. Here is the link. A little pricey but well worth it. http://tilfordillusions.com/One_Step_Beyond.html
BYUDAD Posted: Feb 16, 2008 12:30pm Chalet's version is 495.00 and tilford's is on sale for 695.00. I guess it is what you will be happy with. I know first hand that the tilord one is so easy to use it looks like pure magic. BYUDAD |

The one I have is about 2x bigger than the Chalet.

Amosmc, The verson offered by House of Enchantment is a gimmickless verions, anyone with the instructions could purchase a board from an office supply house cheaper.
The Chalet version is good, but you may never be able to get one. Stay away from the one Tilford is selling, it looks way too gimmicky and the effect is lost, simple looking props are the way to go on this one. I have an old Abbott's version that is pretty big but made out of slate. I wouldn't recommend it either as the construction is too light and it tends to bow and twist. I looked at the Whit Haydn version at a lecture. It is really good but sold out and now is not available. I've emailed several times but they did not commit to making another run of them. If they change their mind I would buy one in a heart beat.
