I was just gifted a deck of Kikkerland Invisble cards, which are translucent except for the pips and the center. They're a great example of form over function-- they easily stick, talk, collect dirt, hair, and scratches. Fanning, breaks, and even poker are out of the question. Can anyone recommend what these might be useful for (other than scaling ... Keep in mind that they're waterproof.

They are 100% plastic. They are practically worthless for most flourishes, as you have noticed.
Just goof around with them and see what you can do. I have a similar deck of "Disney" cards that I'm not to crazy about. I've been practicing Twisting The Aces with this deck, but instead of holding the cards normally I hold them vertically and "backwards" from the audiences standpoint. If that doesn't make sense to you, PM me and I'll try to elaborate. Rob |
