Down here, we have bills that have the same width, but different lengths. I really like the look of Extreme Burn and Slow Burn, but I don't think they will work for me. Can anyone advise?

Turn paper into bills. That was mentioned in the Hundy 500 thread. Coupons to bills is also nice if you can find/print some the right size. Play money to real money works, too. If you're set on starting with other bills, you may be able to find the right size in foreign money.

Look for George Hemphill's "Be Switched"; very neat effect, and I carry it with me always.

I use newspaper classified ads to money. Just cut them to the right size, and they worked fine.

Bob Sheet's Skullcracker can work with bills of different sizes. It's also a great bill switch.
