If I'm trying to find CP and CPk I have the formulas down but what I'm being given is a customer has a ten day window to receive orders by the due date but none earlier than the due date. The standard deviation, or sigma, is 0.75, the distribution is normal, the average is 7 days. What I have to do is calculate, as I said, Cp and Cpk but I'm not sure if the ten days count as a sample so I can calculate the UCL and LCL, which should be zero since we know the orders can't be delivered earlier than that due date. I know one of you is a Six Sigma instructor and I need help. Thank you.

You need to check your P&L and then make your decision.
