This is a magic forum, if you want to learn roulette, then you need to go to gambling forum..

Um. . . this is the gambling portion if I am not mistaken.

Blakes Magic, if you are needing rules, there are lots of sources on the web. I don't know any specific sources on hand, but I can imagine amazon.com having books and/or videos you can purchase.

Roulette is the easiest casino game to learn. You won't ever need a book or a DVD (?!!!) to learn the rules and how to bet.

But maybe you're looking to learn "how to beat" the roulette? Then I'm afraid nobody could ever help you on this...I mean beating the roulette in a square way.
Still be careful and stay away from anyone wanting to sell you any kind of "guaranteed winning roulette systems".

If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

Blake, if you take a search BACK through this very forum you'll find some advanced information on roulette.
This may be beyond what you're looking for though, as it's primarily arguments for and against various roulette "prediction" abilities based on slight mechanical variations in wheels, and slight operational differences in dealers.
