Yeah, how about that. What a master at creating the moment. One of the best of all time.

What's even more brilliant, is that I was so caught up in that moment, I've not got a clue how it was done...superb...

Would that we all had an Angie Dickinson to provide misdirection...

Thank you for sharing. There were some other gems in "Related Videos."

This proves that presentation is paramount in performing. This effect would be advertised as self-working and 100% accurate. To say that it is simple is an exaggeration, but beautifully done. Does everyone know that he directed, produced, and starred in the movie that is considered the greatest film of all time.

Just how great he was at presentation is easily seen with that infamous "War of the Worlds" radio-play incident. >_<

Well, that's always what I flash to when I hear the name anyway.

I think more than anything, it was his voice that set him apart when performing - that mixture of commanding and warmth did wonders...

In developing my own persona, I learned a lot from Welles.
He had the 'power of conviction' that could have you believing the most preposterous things for the duration of the performance; he had suspension of disbelief down to a fine art.

That's what happens when the disputable (really?) best storyteller in the world gets his hand on the true storyteller's venue...

Or something.

Has anybody here seen Billy Bob Thornton's booktest routine?
