My neighbor rang my doorbell at 2:30 a.m. this morning, can you believe that, 2:30 a.m.!? Lucky for him I was still up playing my drums.

Did you know that on the Broadway section of the PBS.org website it said that Andrew Lloyd Webber "With his impressive array of commercially and artistically successful shows, Lloyd Webber is one of the most important composers for the musical theater in the last decades of the 20th century. Both his innate gift for melody and his ability to create music, which live up to the dazzling special effects characteristic of so many of his shows, have contributed immensely to his worldwide success."?

Did you know that when Bruce Springsteen first hit it big, selling 10 million records, a Billboard Magazine year-end reviewer wrote: "Anyone who appeals to such a large mass of the population has to be pretty mediocre."?

Do you realize I really meant to say that Arthur's post actually applies to everyone who relies upon the public for success (i.e. you have to walk the middle ground if you want to appeal to the largest number of people because the more you deviate from the norm/middle the more you attract only fringe supporters.)?
