Here's word on a new theatrical show, subject of a TV special taping...

The Many Faces of Magic
Workshop Theater, Columbia, SC
8:00 PM, April 17-19, 2008 (Pre-show at 7PM)
$20 for adults, $10.00 for children
Tickets online http://www.workshoptheatre.com/info.html

-Columbia, SC A young Merlin finds a mystic crystal ball, and from inside he unleashes The Many Faces of Magic. Featuring the area's five leading professional magicians, it’s a benefit performance for the capitol campaign for the “new” Workshop Theater.

Within the family friendly story, you’ll be amazed by Matt McCoy, John Tudor, Joey V., Sarah Straney, and Brandon Wagster, performing in a variety of styles: from cabaret sleight of hand, to the fantastic and mystical, to modern/futuristic magic. The Many Faces of Magic combines legend with levitation, hocus pocus with a blast of Broadway. Come early at 7 pm for the pre-show: close up magic with Bob "Cowboy" Watkins, and Bates Jernigan, juggling by Ralph Summer, and fire stunts with Steve O /Fire and Motion.

Workshop Theater is at 1136 Bull Street, Columbia, SC. For tickets and more information call 803.799.4876.

I'm gonna try to come down there John. I have some things in the works that may prevent me from coming, but if I am free I will be there.

Nice promo!
