http://www.hocus-pocus.com has a section on its list of categories called "Free Downloads"...that have some interesting effects. Michael Boden as the lion's share of the items (there are currently only four). One that is really fun is Hole in One.

Here is the gospel application I've come up with so far...but watch the free video first to have this make sense.

"Jesus said, in what is clearly the most famous sermon ever known as the Sermon on the Mount, "You are the salt of the earth" and also "you are the light of the world." Keep in mind it isn't us, but Jesus in us that makes this so. I have here a deck of cards. I'd like someone to choose a card. (it is named and one card is removed from the deck and placed in your front pocket...with the top of the card never leaving their sight) Now as you can see...these cards are...well cards. Nothing special...nothing that stands out. But the one you picked...well it is special...you see it is...(pull card from pocket not yet revealing its face)...HOLY. You know we are Holy...not because of us, but because we as Christians have Christ in us. It is His Holiness that makes us...well the salt and light of this world. And God picked each of us to do this (reveal it is the right card)...All we have to do is welcome Him in."

I like the effect, much better than my cards that simply have a cross on the back or front.

But where can you get the punch from? I've tried on-line and at stationery shops with little success.

If you can't find it at your local office supply store, try the site below. They seem to have a hole punch in every size or shape.

I looked and they seemed expensive with the punch I liked at $75. It seemed expensive to do 52 cards.
