I already tried going to preferences but it isn't there, or is it? How do I stop the emails?

Max: when you post a new topic, scroll down under the smilies and there is a check box saying to notify you when you get replies. Just make sure it isn't checked.

And if you have already posted a message taht you want to turn off this feature, just edit the post. And unclick it there, and save the change.
You will then be good to go (as in "not recive email about that post"). BroDavid

Oh man it's still happening...30 emails saying "A reply to your topic has been posteD" I am confused on how to get rid of this! Somebody stop it!

Max: sounds like you may have missed the check box at the bottom of your original post as I mentioned in my previous reply. Just go to the topic, click edit on your original post, scroll down and if the box is checked, just uncheck it.
