Where can I purchase the 20TH Century Silk set that has the Happy Birthday Silk in the middle. I have checked many websites and cannot seem to find anyone who sells this item.

Rodney, perhaps you can try Laflin's Silks - that's where I got mine around a year ago.
My first set came from P & A Silks - purchased through Hank Lee - but that was over 10 years ago. All I got left is one of the Happy Birthday silks! http://www.pasilks.com/20th-century.html I think this is what you're looking for. Scroll down to the middle of the page. It's quite expensive though but the quality will be superb! Good luck! |

Can't you just buy two Happy Birthday silks and use them with your 20th Century set? The colors need to match, but not necessarily exactly. This is what I did for Easter, putting a bunny silk in for the middle silk.
(Of course, as indicated in the thread below, I stink, so take my advice with a grain of salt! ) |

That's what I would do. You can get 18" Happy Birthday silks for $8 each.

Thank You, all who have replied I am still looking for the SET. YES, I could just remove the middle silk but I would like them to match.

Hi Rodney:
I don't think you're going to find a set on any website; however, there are some people out there who can probably make you a quality set for a reasonable price. Personally, I'd start with Marty and Brenda at Dazzling Magic. Last time I checked, they made their own silks, and they are on the same quality level as P&A and Silk King Studios. They make beautiful tie-dyed 20th Century set, so perhaps they can accomodate you. My other recommendation is to go with Richard Hughes, who's a member here. He's made me a couple things, and does do custom silks which are beautiful. I'm pretty sure he makes Dale Salwak's fountain of silks which is the most beautiful version I've ever seen. I understand Richard is a very busy man, however. I hope this gets you going in the right direction. You'd think that someone would put out a nice Happy Birthday 20th Century Silk set. Maybe someone is reading this - I know there's a market for it. Ron |

Ron ,Thank You for the information but I was able to find them through
Lock Family Magic but they were out of stock and also Ken Scott has them on his website and I have just emailed him. If that does not work out I will have Tim Sonefelt from Wonder Imagery make me a set. Rodney
