I'll be in Memphis next Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
Any shows I should check out while I'm in town? Magic shops? |

There isn't much going on in Memphis - that I'm aware of anyway. I had hoped to see some street magic on Beal Street and/or in the downtown area on my last trip but only found street dancers/acrobats working for tips with no consistancy. The police really keep an eye on the area, perhaps that's why. As far as magic shops, I don't recall any being in the area.
Try checking with someone from the Memphis IBM Ring online next time you plan to stop by. The website is http://www.ring16.org.
