Most of you already have your Canada Day shows booked or soon will have.
Here is a routine that you might be interested in including in your show. It makes a good closing routine and can be done playing to the music of "Oh Canada." Pick up a Canadian flag that is as lightweight as possible and about 3' x 5' in size. Place it into a change bag. Purchase either the Jumbo String of Silk Flags from Laflin's http://www.lockfamilymagic.com/public/Vi......prID=160 or a larger string (a bit harder to compact) from http://www.flagsimporter.com/american/product_info.php/pName/1-set-of-20- international-string-flags-30ft-2//?osCsid=fc2ac33cf650c7e5 Use a square circle or other production item that can produce the string of international flags. Then place them into the change bag and magically turn them into the Canadian flag. This symbolizes our multicultural heritage and ends with our national flag. Done to the national anthem as your closing number, it is guaranteed to get a thunderous round of applause. Tips: 1. You will want to remove the smaller Canadian flag from the string of international flags. 2. Remember to treat all flags with dignity. Enjoy, Rob |

Thanks Rob,
That is brilliant. I will definately use it for sure and will give credit to where credit is due. In the past I made my own Canadian flag blendo using a TT and a container I turned for this purpose. Gotta change it up this year. Eric |
