David Regal's Sudden Deck 2 might suit your needs. You show a sheet of cardboard, fold it into a deck box and remove a deck of cards from it. Very nice.

Sudden Deck is indeed a very nice and surprising trick, but.... it is not angle-free.
Beautifull trick but not suiteble for tablehopping in a restaurant.

Is it just me or has no one mentioned Trevor Duffy's Deck Dropper? Or have I broken some silent taboo by saying that it's a decent tool for workers? Smile

Either way, I've had success in using this utility device in 'deck appearance' routines IE: Invisible deck in particular. It's a fiendishly clever design and I've hardly had any problems with it.
The rules of a sleight of hand artist, Are three, and all others are vain,

The 1st & the 2nd are practice... And the 3rd one is practice again

The invisible deck is working quite nicely as part of my close-up routines.
This is slowly evolving and becoming more of my own every performance.

When it's time I would like to try to make the deck of “invisible” cards appear in
some fashion. Rather than just pulling a deck out of a shirt pocket or such.

What are the options of making a deck of cards appear?

So far I received one comment about sleeving are there any
other options?

Thanks in advance.

Try hiding the deck in a paper sack. Hold the sack upside down to feign emptiness. Toss the imaginary deck towards the folks and perform the usual patter.
Have the folks toss the imaginary deck towards you, then catch it into the sack.
Reach into the sack and remove the real deck.
I saw this performance being done and it was very effective i.m.o.
Oh yeah?! Well...That's like...just your 'opinion' man.
