This is one of the oldest tricks in the book! Dante used it, as did Thurston. Going way back to the '30s... As I have always said, study all the old masters. I just looked at a few books on both these magicians, and there was the trick! Both used it in their publicity. I may be wrong, but I think this is public domain, as it is explained in quite a few books. Hope this helps. Rai
