I have this effect I have been doing for years, It uses 10 ESP cards. The little piece of paper with the instructions is missing in action.

Does anyone know who originated this effect?

As I recall the story, the inventor did this at an S.A.M. meeting & blew everyone away, I just cant remember who it is?

The effect uses 10 tapered esp cards, if that helps to jog anyones memory.

Describe the effect. Maybe that will jog a memory.

The esp cards are shown & laid out in to 2 piles side by side, one pile face up, the other face down.You then turn over the face up pile & mix both piles. The spectator takes a card out of one pile & looks at it, then they replace it into the other pile.

You then pick up both piles & mix them together. You then take the cards behind your back & you remove one card & set it on the table. You bring the cards from behind your back & deal them face up into pairs.


All the cards have mates except the one card that matches the one set aside.
