It is getting crowded up there on that shelf ! At last count, Five Axtells, five Wanlus, four sheepdogs, and about five more various critters of unkown origin. And I bill myself as a magician ?!?! (actually, I have stopped that, and just refer to myself as a children's entertainer these days)

It is around 7am and I am out the door for two preschool shows this morning, and a gig on trumpet in the pit at the theater tonight. My photographer has gone to Orlando for the weekend, so gonna have to wait till Monday to shoot those darn shots. I won't forget, Wanlu !

I just don't find animal puppets entertaining. Again, just my opinion.

There is nothing inherently wrong with animals, or animal puppets.

If you use an animal puppet I say, "Stand strong and support the rights of ventriloquists to use animal puppets!". Be proud of that duck, or pig, or dog, or whatever resides over your arm and use him to bring laughter to the masses.

Ok Neale.....to be honest...as a small boy I was attending a library show and was verbally attacked by an animal puppet. It ridiculed me, insulted me, made fun of my devilish good looks (and small IQ...whatever an "IQ" is - still don't know). It also happened to be a pig.

A pig named Horton.

I'm sure it was PURELY a coincidence that he looks just like your puppet Mr. Bacon.

The yellow duck is no longer available in the USA due to limitted rights

The white comical duck or any other color for that matter is still available. In fact, I shipped out a white duck to a Magic Café friend yesterday

I had one of each last year. Should have kept them!
