I don't know of a specific publication, but there are a few good ones in Karl Fulves' Self-Working Paper Magic. There might be a couple in his Self-Working Coin Magic, too, but I can't remember and I'm at work so I can't check. But you can click the links and look at their Tables of Contents on the Dover and Amazon web sites. (I can't find the 'Paper' book at Dover. It might be there, or it might be out of print now. In any event, it's still available at Amazon)
