That poor bear, where is PETA when you need them?
On the serious side, AMAZING!
Our friends don't have to agree with me about everything and some that I hold very dear don't have to agree about anything, except where we are going to meet them for dinner.

John, I hate you.
Must go back to my parents (so you don't get an explanation). I'll say this: BEARBANGERS! We all should carry them, always. |

Sometimes you eat the bear.
Sometimes the bear eats you.
Will you walk into my parlour? said the Spider to the Fly,
Tis the prettiest little parlour that ever you did spy; The way into my parlour is up a winding stair, And I've a many curious things to show when you are there. Oh no, no, said the little Fly, to ask me is in vain, For who goes up your winding stair -can ne'er come down again. |

What happened to the grammar in my last post. I typed it at work, so you can't blame beer.
That last sentence should read: Of course, since you're one of the saner Café members, perhaps you avoided reading that thread altogether. Maybe a mod can fix it and eliminate the double post. |

I did miss that thread. Curse you Jeff. Now I have to read all five pages of giving raspberries to various and sundry mammals.

For the record.... Your brains have no pain nerves. It can't feel a thing. During brain surgery for epilepsy the only pain relief is for the part where they open your skull. They can remove the part of your brain that causes the epilepsy and you don't fell a think as the cut it out.

Hi John,
I feel bad for this guy but the story seemed a bit "drama queenish" or "tabloidish" to me. If any of his brains had really been eaten he wouldn't be telling us his story. LOL Best, Tim |

Drama Queenish??? If a bear had chewed my skiull and ate part of my arms I'd be Joan Crawford, Betty Davis AND Richard Simmons in the telling!

I can feel it.' "I think my brains are hanging out," "I said [to the doctors], 'There's nothing hanging out that you're not telling me?' "They started using the peroxide and, 'Ooh,' I said, 'that hurt more than the bear!'" .... it's definitely a bit Drama Queenish expecially when his skull was not penetrated? His scalped was badly torn and he had bite marks but nothing got eaten in reality.LOL Best, Tim |
