Sorry if this has been posted before...but, what is your favourite sport? Mine is hockey, followed closely by lacrosse. I enjoy other sports as well. How about you?

Mine is basketball... love it !
Love the Lakers... can I get a 4-peat ? I think so, bring on the playoffs please ! I also still enjoy playing too, finished a church league just three weeks ago. It's great exercise and beats running around in circles staring at a watch... Hey, wait a minute, where's my watch? Who picked it off me ??? GlenD

FOOTBALL!!!!
NFL and ARENA. I'm a huge Green Bay Packers fan and am going to see their first home game this season. I am also planning on seeing them in San Diego, and maybe Arizona. Just got my season tickets for our local Arena League 2 (minor league) team. If you like hockey, you should check out Arena football. Much faster-paced, higher scoring and more fun than the NFL. Jeff (thinks Bret Favre is the best quarterback who ever played the game.) |

I'm not into spectator sports but I'd have to say that when it comes to sports you can't go wrong with skiing in the winter and paintball in the summer.

I've often said that football, hockey and basketball are lovely ways to spend the off-season until spring training begins.
Of course, I've also described "baseball as God intended: on grass, in the American League." :rotf:

How about "Blindfold Super Speedway Driving"????? This is something I HOPE to do in the near future but my wife says it's "embarrasing" (and I've been an on-ice hockey mascot and work as a magic clown...and that's okay!!??!!)
Does anybody know a GOOD magical/mystical "name" I could do this under?????? |

Yo. Hold up a sec. Are you sure Lacrosse is an American sport? Maybe it was first played in America, but it dates back to the Indians playing or rather using it to settle disputes. It was like a war, and people would die during this war-like "game". I think it later was called a game and moved or stolen by an American man whose name I can't remember. Now baseball is an American sport-not Canadian. I'll do a search on this another day and find out for sure.

Basketball!!! Kings going to take it from the Lakers this year.
I also like rugby, football, badminton, tennis and many other sports that involve running. Maybe that's why I think baseball is boring. LOL!

Lacrosse is Canada's national sport, so yes, baseball is the "American" sport of today. I was just getting the point across that lacross was the first sport to b played in America. I hope I'm right about that, because about a year ago I did a HUGE research paper on it... maybe that would explain my "D"...
