By memorising the first six lines of every page you are in the unique position of being able to have the spectator "read the page, well I'm sure just the first few lines will do!" You now can have them close the book and you can then give the a sense of the content they just read. I know we use the title "Book test" when we should refer to it as a "word test". Your method would be accepted much more as actually reading the mind of the subject not the actually words in the book. If you have the time and skills then why not. Me, I'll have to stick to MOAB
