It should be out on the market ($20) in the next day or so....great ending! the whole thing is there its a pro piece including 2 live performances at the Magic Castle. This is a worker PERIOD and you're welcome to take the entire thing including presentation and use it to your hearts content.
Also want you to know that Lonnie Chevries "The Journey" will be on the market next week.... ($20.00) Another worker...simple but the lesson here is the construction and timing of the routine really good stuff. Also included in this DVD for $20.00 is Funneled....I love this routine, powerful and easy to do..... thanks koz |

Paul showed me his ending for Card Warp a number of years ago - it's a real nice touch to a trick many of us are familiar with but probably don't perform much. For $20 you can't miss and will no doubt add it immediately back into your repertoire.

Seemed like a misleading trailer, not being able to see it..can you use the finale as a supplement to Star-warp, Ammar's version with the card and dollar?

Everyone that performed Card Warp would go "oh, great ending, I'll add it". Howie Schwartzman developed his version of Card Warp called "Star Warp". It's not Ammar's, he only teaches it.

If memory serves, Bob McAllister may have published the first Card Warp using a bill.

Hi everyone,
Kozmo does not burn anyone! I would never release anything that I felt was sub par. This routine has been in my personal repertoire for over 20 years! I stand behind it. As far as a trailer showing the ending--well, read the above comments. Contact me via PM, if you would like an autographed copy. It will be available directly from Kozmomagic.com, and eventually through your favorite dealer. BTW, you don't have to use my routine, but the ending is very strong. You can add it to your own routine to make it even stronger. Respectfully, Paul Green PS Remember, this DVD has been released with the full authorization of Roy Walton! |

Man oh man...first I hear that Paul Green, who is one of my favorite magicians, is releasing a version of Card Warp with Roy Waltons permission, Card Warp is my favorite card trick, now I see freakin' Kozmo Magic produced the thing and Kozmo Magic is my favorite magic producer! Forget the horse racing this is the real Triple Crown!

If you are a strolling or table hopping magician ( or work were you repeat an effect ) Paul's tip for setting this up for repeat performances makes it a good investment.
I know a lot of guys that got smoked by Card Warp when they first saw it ( I did ) but don't peform it because they have felt uncomfortable with some of the intial folding and convincers ( which I think most of those are over proving ) or didn't feel comfortable going into it ( with the gaff ). In Paul's routine he removes two ungaffed cards. The spectator takes one and under Paul's instruction, you both fold your cards. And....during some by play..the work is done. Paul's routine goes right into the transformation or warp. Paul shows how to set up the cards for strolling so you can do it multiple times. You go to your pocket ( without even looking ) and pull the two cards out. You know how in routines you use a court card for the gaff to cover the dirty work? Not here. The two cards you show are both normal. In Paul's rotuine, you could do this with a borrowed deck. No preshow work. I' amazed out how simple it is to make the gaff on the spot. 2 Live performances are on the DVD. I got nailed with the finale. I "thought" he was going to do the traditional tearing of the cards in half and then somehow restore the cards or something to that effect. The display he made got me good. I had to rewind. This is NOT just an ending. It's a full ( and so simple to perform ) routine with tips for strolling or table hopping and a killer ending.

Richard Kaufman has indicated that Weber sent you a note (Cc'ed to many others) indicating that this is his (Weber's) handling, which he showed to you, and which you do not have permission to use. I am sure this will be worked out in the end, but there is no way I can justify purchasing this until this is resolved. In fact, I am shocked that nobody else has asked. I mean, it's possible that they have asked, but I don't think even the admins here can justify deleting posts asking about such an important issue relating to a marketed effect, right? Lem |

Kaufman, who I love, is friends with Weber and is defending his pal. I don't know the history but in the introduction Weber is mentioned by name as someone Paul discussed the routine with, at the end credits Weber is also credited. Was this an issue of two people stumbling into the same condition of the card (note I also stumbled into this years ago and I'm sure others have we just never made it part of a routine or released it) and discussed it with both walking away thinking it was there? Possible. In the years I've associated with Paul I've found him absolutely honest, I've also no reason to believe that Weber isn't completely honest. Here is the rub. Wesley James created the merged card conciept, not just an effect, he created the conciept and it was shown to a few magicians and performed by Wesley. Wes never released it until after his retirement from magic in the early eighties. Richard Kaufman, again who I consider a pal, released a version prior to Wesley and claimed the creation as his own based on his being the first release/publication. Wesley has documented the conciept going back to the sixties. Okay, so we have a similar situation here. If Paul released this as part of a routine based on an existing effect with Roy Waltons blessings then isn't it even more Kosher than Richard releasing a plot of Wes' creation? Before casting stones at Paul people should take a look at themselves and realize it is just magic and no reason to make enemies when the intention isn't there.
