I have a Delben Wrist chopper that's been under my bed for 30 years.I know several of these were made but this one came with a side table stand and case.I would like to know what the numbers mean on the bottom it's stamped DELBEN 04 78 4 What dose the 4 mean.Thanks for any info on it Gimpy
