I am always awake. I sleep upside down.

I'm awake. I spent two months being woken up at 5am so my mind is on its own clock.

William Shattner was a guest on Coast to Coast AM last night. He asked George how did people listen to the show so late. He said they must have a radio beside their bed or something. After listening to that show on and off for 12 yrs, I do not think anyone ever mentioned being up late at night, like they considered it normal or something.

George continued and said they have lots of truckers listening. More please.

I am a little sceptical of the provenance of this book.

I too thought Van Helsing to be a fictional character.

It claims to be the notes and sketches Van Helsing made before his death to aid those who would follow him in his work.

Yet I notice on the very back page it was only first published in 2006 - in the UK - by some folks called Pavilion Books - and the text is attributed to one guy - and the art to another.

Nevertheless I love the book and will quote it and Kahlil Gibrans 'The Prophet' at every opportunity.

I myself sleep maybe twenty hours a day. But the four I'm up I'm at the Café, and those four differ from day to day, so you never know when I'm watching you.
