Gym 2 - 3 times a week and lots of walking. Too much walking to be honest.

On some day, some guy said: I don't. I won't be a lemming. I AM NOIT A MACHINE! I left the misspelled word "Noit" to show that spell check is fallible. It should exercise more and eat less.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.

I was a good weight at 208 (for me @ 5'9") before I had my arm broken in a Jiu-Jitsu competition. Today, I weighed about 235. I am running and lifting again, though. I can do 2-3 miles, 4-5 pull-ups, 30+ push-ups, 50+ push-ups. I've always been a big guy, but I'm trying to lose some of the extra poundage. |

I'm an equine practitioner so I'm in great shape muscle wise but shot skeletally! Extracting a molar from a mildly sedated horse also builds quick reflexes and agility!

Yo Vandy...don't watch so closely...lol!
I'm gonna be 49 in a few weeks, although I am in pretty darn good shape, I don't get a chance to dive as much asI used to in the good ol days. At my peak diving form I was 178 lbs. I could do all the dives. These days I can still do almost all of my dives. However, I now weigh between 185 - 190. I am looking for a gymnastics place to whip me into great diving form. I want to work on my jump and spin. I need to hit the board a little harder and jump a little higher and most of all, spin faster. Believe me When I do it, I'll post it on youtube. Here's one of me doing a 1 1/2 from last summer. I was injured for most of the summer and barely had two days at the pool but still managed to bang em hard. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=kRIOqaqZHMU |

Thanks. That's me, totally out of shape. This year I have been staying on track, other than being down for the month of Jan, I already made up the lost miles on the bike and now am concentrating on the boards. I need to Jump higher, start my tuck sooner, tuck tighter and spin faster. That's all...lol
More clips to follow. |

I cycle at least five days a week. If anyone lives in Vegas, or is planning a visit and wants to cycle, send me a PM. Something most people don't know about Las Vegas is that it's very bicycle friendly. We have about 160 miles of bike lanes and if you want a bit of a challenge, the Red Rock ride is great.

These are good for you.
If you go on a strict diet of bacon cheesburgers on a Krispy Kreme doughnut the weight will just melt away. Take my word for it.

Leland: That was a particularly bad day. Fortunately, I live close to a ravine natural area, so if the running isn't working, I revert to nature-watching. It's been hotter than usual lately, and the mixture of heat, age and weight gain has taken some of the joy out of my morning run.
Vandy: That is a truly disgusting picture. I hope it was just put together for the photo. I mean, would anyone really eat one of those do-burgers? Ewwww. John
