I read about what seems to me an obscure silk trick, the "Birds of Burma" on P & A site. Does anyone know how good this is? Is it a variation on other "knotted silks come free" tricks, or is it really something new?

Thanks.

It is nothing new. It is in volume #3 of "Rice's Encyclopedia Silk Magic". You can also purchase the book on CD like me. It shows how to perform it. If you rather buy the props it will cost you $250. http://www.dennymagic.com/cgi-bin/hazel.......m=006245

Thanks for the reference. I guess there´s no substitute for a little Rice on the bookshelf . . . I think I´ll get it on CD as Dynamike suggests.
