Where can one find a nice 18" pocket square that is 100% opaque?
I have one and have had it for years but would love to get more. The only ones I see now are very very small. I wanted one for several things including billiard ball work, etc. Silky smooth. Not cotton for goodness sake! Solid colors. I've looked at fabric stores. Never see anything.

For my "Ghost Hank" article in The Wizards' Journal #16 (on my site) I found some nice neckties with matching pocket hankerchiefs for one of the routines in which the matching necktie becomes "possessed" with the spirit from the hank. The source is here:

I just purchased some the other day from my local Men’s Warehouse. I’d say they are maybe 98% opaque (you can shine a light through them, but in general handling they serve as opaque).

Frank,
Try doing a search for Talbott neckties or pocket squares. Nordstroms sometimes has them. Thanks, Bruce |

These guys have lovely and affordable Pocket squares in solids or patterns.
Handmade, 100% silk, and stain resistant too. They also have amazing prices on matching ties! OK, my secret is out… The Tie Bar http://www.thetiebar.com/pocket_squares.asp Magically, Walt |

Those are good prices at the Tie Bar. I have gotten them at Jos. Banks the large ones (18x18) for $7.50 when they have the 50% off sale..............

Try Burlington Factory Coat outlet at $3.50!
After all, they are coat lining and only good on one side anyway. Bob Sanders Magic By Sander |

They are not always coat-lining fabric,
often they are the same bolts of fabric used for ties, or even women's clothing. It depends on the maker and quality whether they are clearly one-sided. Walt |
