OK guys, I saw a guy at a bar bet his friends $50 he could get a girl at the bar's number. It was so funny and he pulled it off with a cool bar bet.
Here is the question, what is the best betcha you have seen to get the digits?

If your goal is to get the number and make a few bets, it's easy.
Bet your friends $50 you can get the number then offer the girl $25 for it. |

I think Todd Robbins had something along those lines on how to get digits in his book Modern Con Man. I could be wrong..

I use flash paper, I ask her to write down her number and fold it up then billet switch with flash paper hold it up to my head. Then I tell her I'm going to burn it into my mind and light it. Then I have her give me her hand and I kiss her hand and tell her, I have to go Perhaps I'll contact you later. If you cross my mind.
Then you text, "I guess you crossed my mind" They always call back and wonder how I did it? Great results

A magic trick with prediction will do, just say I'll text the prediction to you so it will be in your phone so I cannot make any change to it.

THanks, but I gave credit to Tony Raven in Magick. I gave what I think are improvements to make it work better so it does not appear they are just reading it and a subtle way for them to make sure they keep the secret.

Another good one is borrowing a dollar bill and a quarter. If you fold the dollar bill in half, and put the quarter on top, and then unfold the bill, you will be able to balance the quarter on top of a single dollar bill. It is almost impossible to do it any other way, she can try...but she won't be able to...

I'm more interested in getting the money than the number (especially because getting numbers is usually easier, lol!) so I know a few ways of doing that with the same premise instead!
