Not having a huge library or having perused too many Magic books, I can say unequivocally that Revelation is by far the best designed Magic book I have come across. You can tell a lot of effort went into organizing and making this material accesible.

I would not be surprised if "Revelation" would end up as the Best Book Award 2008 winner.
Its a fantastic book. Mikey Cavenry and David Ben has outdone themself in this project. A project of love and admiration for the "Professor".

I received my copy today. This book is wonderfully produced, as much a treasure as the material inside. Now, back to reading.

My copy came today. I am stunned! What a magnificent book! I'm probably going to miss most of the All Star Game because I can't put this book down, except to pick up a deck and work my way through. Mike Caveney, David Ben, Michael Albright, and all the other people who contributed to this project, have plenty to be proud of.

For those that missed the Limited Edition, you might want to check on the Deluxe Regular Edition, which features the slipcase, and a tipped-in photo of Vernon not included in the Regular Edition.
If you've already got the Regular Edition, and want to upgrade it to the Deluxe Regular Edition, drop Mike an email and ask him if it's still possible. It was for folks on his email list. The Deluxe Regular Edition is a very nice package, and although not a Limited Edition, it certainly equals MANY Limited Editions I've seen over the years. |

Anyone in Europe (UK in particular) had thier regular editions yet? I'm still waiting for mine but I'm not sure if I should have received by now or I'm just being impatient.

Just got the Special Regular Edition in this morning's mail and the slipcase, not to mention the tipped in Vernon photo, gives the regular edition a beautiful presentation.
My only concern is the double tape used to stick the photo to the inside page. I have read that tapes can, over time, stain the page, eventually lose its adhesiveness and leave an unsightly residue. |

Kent your a lucky son of a gun (man that's a pun I've been dying to use , when I went to track the package this morning, it dawned on me that Mike is in CA (I had completely forgotten). I on the other hand live in New Jersey, so it's a little bit of a hike for my precious volume. Glad to hear it's worth the wait though.

Is it worth getting this book if I already own Darwin Ortiz's The Annotated Erdnase?
I just want an honest comment, thanks.
