Hello All:
I want to share some superb customer service I received from L&L. I purchased the Silly Billy Kid Show DVD from them, but received the book instead (in two days, by the way). I sent an email to them, and Leann replied the same day, stating they were sending out the DVD that day, with a SASE for the book. They just asked that I put the book in the envelope and send it back to them. I received my DVD in two days, and will send back the book on Monday. Don't you wish all dealers were like this? Ron |

Not many shops are like L&L, it seems. I'm glad they’re still might be some good ones out there. The last time I ordered magic offline half my order was shipped separately. I waited and was assured by emails that it was coming, after 3 weeks of receiving only half my order I gave them a call. I was told that it would show up in a week. Long story short after more than a month, the rest of my order never came and to top it off. After I called and canceled my order, they sent the knock off of the product I ordered. After all the shipping back and forth it cost me almost half of the order. What a nightmare.

Maybe I'm getting cynical in my old age, but it's kind of sad that we all get so thrilled about a company actually providing decent customer service. I remember when that was simply expected.
Not meant to diminish L&L. It's just a shame more companies don't follow suit.

L&L and Leann are a great customer service -oriented company. Wish some others would follow their example--not just in magic but in all areas.

Here here! L & L is oustanding.
I have NEVER had a problem with them. First rate quality and excellent service (with a smile over the phone). Unfortunately, this has become a rarity. A "can-do" attitude goes a long way and they never fall short. Thanks L & L! Sean |

I agree, L & L is a great company to deal with and may I add they have a friendly customer service staff... I always call and ask if they have "so & so" book,dvd,or effect in stock...they always do and if I have questions on something there staff is knowledgable in there products....Superb Service.
