Anybody here use any of the iphone tricks? I was curious if they are worth getting and if they are still compatible with the new iphone as well.

Tcted,

You can read my national newspaper column on some iPhone tricks here:

http://www.computeramerica.com/content/c......1-28.htm

They work on both generation iPhones. While they're not really "Magic" tricks, they are tricks in that they do fool people into thinking something strange is happening on your iPhone. My personal favorite is iGoldfish.

Craig,

Thanks for that link. Great article. You've convinced me that some are certainly worth getting to play around with. Perfect for little impromptu moments.

Aaron Delong sent me link for a cool effect he put together, where you insert a signed card into your iphone and you press the send button and the spectator can see the card fly away and then you reach in your wallet and pull out the signed card.

I had to sign up for the newsletters(Nathan Kranzo) but I got this cool effect with everything I needed for free (except the iphone of course).

If you don't mind signing up for the newsletter, then check it out. http://kranzomagic.myshopify.com

Can be bought from Hocus Pocus.

Some of them are real fun. But none come close to some ideas I have with iPhone.

Ivan,

You should start programming and release it... clearly there is a lot of demand for them right now.

illusioneer,

Can you be a little more specific on where to look, I searched the Apple store (I'm assuming that's what you meant) and didn't find it.

Wooooooooohhaaaaa!

iPint all the way!!! While iBeer is cool, it's just a video.

Look at iPint now: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJT1bNkdjqo

Can't wait for the iPhone to come to Malta. Oh the suffering... Smile

Ivan,

I agree, the ipint looks pretty sweet, but I still can't find out where to get it. Anybody want to direct me to it?
