I saw this performed for a few different laymen at Fantasma Magic in NYC and saw the reactions. Now, it would not amaze a magician, but for a layman, it ABSOLUTELY FLOORS THEM!!! http://www.jokermagic.com/?lang=1&pid=2&&gid=44&entry=10 I purchased it immediately. Anyone else have this effect and want to put in their own 2 cents? .

I have it, and it always goes over well. I don't present this as an effect, but more of a gag at the end of my Chinese coin routine. I simply ask the spectator to take the coin (as opposed to asking them to "pull the coin from my hand" as the ad copy suggests) as if we are just going on to the next phase of the effect. But I maintain my grip somewhat on the stretched coin so that it comes out slowly, and then I do a double take when I see what they have done to my coin! My reaction gets laughs as well as the audience being amazed by what happened. The stretched coin also provides plenty of misdirection while they are engrossed with it for me to ditch anything else I might need to.
