I also had someone state to me that Kutztown is way to far them. But they went to MAES and they live in Philly.
I wonder if he knows where Kutztown is. It's 1 hr from Philly, Harrisburg, Newark NJ. It's 1 1/2 hrs from New york, south Jersey, Wilmington Del. Last year we had people from Long Island NY., Washington DC., Ohio Like Al said you can't beat the price $40 and that's with an ALL U CAN EAT DINNER. And local hotels near by are under $75 anight. Where else can you see this line up on one bill and a free dinner for $40???? AND most important where else can you be taught from AL Angello the boomerang trick? And all the rope tricks. Where else can you learn from Kainoa all them coin... OK maybe not learn(cause he's a freak) but watch him do the impossible with coins? Todd |

For the record, I have heard Michael Finney is going to be just great at this Kutztown event. It should sell out and be one of the best East Coast events of the year.
I also hear there may be yet another surprise! DICK

Kozmo lecture and more. I try to keep all the area events posted on http://www.magicvault.net/events so everyone has a central source. Feel free to post any events you don't see on it! I think Kutztown is prob one of the strongest conventions in the area. MAES is just too darn costly, you have to take off work to attend the good portion, ect... I like the one day events, possibly a sat and sun event. There are just too many events that expect you to take off work and pay a fortune! VIVA LA KUTZ!

Wow Dick with the new and improved Dorothy.
I go to both of the Philly magic clubs, and Kutztown is about 45 minutes from my house. What was that guy you were talking to smoking Todd? Remember all of my friends from Reading are invited to attend the SAM 4 September meeting this Thursday night for the Jim Pace lecture and it will be my treat this time guys, just tell the bouncer at the door that Al sent you. Todd It is a drive, but Metro Magic 4 is one convention that I have never missed. It is as unique as Kutztown, but in a New York/New Jersey kinda way.

I hear ya Al, maybe I'll skip Bob's this year and hit metro magic. I just can't afford 3 conventions in one month right before Xmas.
And I'll be there for the Jim Pace lecture. |

IMHO
Kutztown, and Metro Magic are two must see conventions. See you Thursday night, and remember I'm paying your way to see Jim Pace.

Does anyone know how to get tickets? I emailed the above mentioned email twice with no response, and tried calling the number today and only got an answering machine.

I'm not going to tell everyone who is attending, only people that are performing and dealers.
Yes , I did sell tix to some big names but I don't think they want me to advertise that. I can tell you though that Kainoa will be doing some close up and he will bring some merchandise to sell. We will have some of the best close up and stage performers in the world. Like Inidyls said , it will be crazy |
