Gazzo is in Atlanta this weekend performing on River Street? If you are in the area check him out: you won't be disapointed! And tell him I said "Hi" and you saw it here!

He is going to be a house guest for a few weeks and I'm trying to talk him into joining our merry group here in hyperspace.

To quote Pete, "Stay Tooned!"

Best,

Dan-

We put a search party out for Gazzo. Couldn't find him. Nobody has heard of River Street, downtown. We haven't checked the Dogwood Festival over in Piedmont Park. Maybe he's over there?

Danny, wrong town. Correct street, wrong town. He was at my pitch Friday and Saturday, which, is in GA but not Atlanta. I had a chance to see his show yesterday and talk with him a bit. Unfortunately, I was working another pitch most of the morning, then went down to River St. later on. I saw his table and was in shock and awe, wondering if that was really him. I saw his head and walked over and we chatted while the juggler did his show. After he finished, I had to drive back home due to me working reastaurants at nights. It was amazing seeing him go from about 15 people to 300 people in his audience. I was drolling at the size of his hat. He said no magic act will ever make his hats. I started thinking, hhmmmm, don't do a magic act. I wish I would have had a camera to film him. I got a hint on when he might be coming back down, so I'll be sure to bring my camera. A true honor to finally meet him and chat with him. Where exactly was he? I'll never tell. hahahahaha Smile

Koz, if you're going to be in Atlanta on Wed., drop by my way, it's only a few hours away.

Easy mistake Danny.

They both have "a" twangs in them, so if you are using the good ole Georgia drag and drawl, "laynta" sounds a lot like "svayna"

And what they heck. If the sun shines, they all look the same.

Perhaps you could answer this, Danny. My cousin-in-law is an Aussie. Whenever we're out in a pub, the guy draws a crowd around him. Americans are mesmerized by his accent and of his being from Oz. Has Gazzo's success, in the States, partially been induced by his being a Brit? I'm just curious in how his accent and being a Brit has played on the psyche of his American audiences.

Brit or no Brit, this guy is great! Certainly the accent helps but it wouldn't matter. He's funny, in any language with any accent, and his hats are big and they should be. This guy is entertaining...PERIOD. Gazzo is the best.
