Well, the Cowboys finally win at Lambeau <yawn>
I don't care about the Lambeau jinx, but I am glad the Cowboys won! Strange, I remember a lot of talk here at the Café before their last meeting just after Thanksgiving last year. It just occured to me that we haven't had any discussion here (unless I missed it). FELIX JONES! 60 YARDS! TOUCHDOWN Cowboys!

At least someones team's winning. I'm a Chiefs fan. I'm starting to think that they'll be lucky to win even one game this year.

Bob, my wife has cousins in KC who are Chiefs fans. I sympathize - not a good time for you!

I had this one pegged as a loss for the Packers. A young team with a young QB. Overall they did much better than I expected. The Cowboy realized TO had his hands full with Woodson and instead of continually trying to go to him they went to others who were more effective against their blocker.
What I love are the multitude of fans that whined when we picked up Woodson, or as many called him, the injury riddled old drunk. I think he has done an exceptional job. The Cowboys were also good at rattling Rodgers cage. Get into the head of any new QB and they start making mistakes. All in all I am hoping for an 8-8 season and not be in the bottom of our division. We will be struggling on defense without Bigby. Plus Woodson’s toe, Jones’ injury and now the season may be over for Harris if indeed he has a ruptured spleen. Our Offensive line is also banged up. Many Packer fans believe if the Cowboys don’t meltdown, like usual, they have a shot at the Super Bowl. With Tampa Bay being next we might do OK after Griese threw 67 times in the game against the Bears, his arm may be a little sore, but as the Cowboys proved we stink again the run so we’ll have to wait and see I guess.

On one hand, the missed hold on the field goal try in Seattle year before last...that's one of those million to one things that happen once in a lifetime, but do happen. Then last year....can one really call losing to the eventual Super Bowl champions by 4 points a meltdown? On the other hand, if we are favored and go 'one and done' again this year in the playoffs THEN meltdown talk will be the #1 story on ESPN. And rightfully so. Oh, and Jeff....I thought about you Sunday night....

I was there and it wasn't pretty. The Packers got thier asses handed to them. Dallas dominated every phase of the game.
I didn't even know they had never won in Lambeau, I have seen them beat the Packers at County Stadium before so it's not like they have never won a road game against the Packers before. I don't know about meltdowns and all that, but the fact remains that Dallas hasn't won a playoff game in over a decade. When they win a playoff game, that will be the big story. Not when they lose one.
