Mr. Andre Kole , if you see others they are consider a knock off as far as I know he only allowed a handful to be performed.

Yes, it's Andre's creation. Only his son Tim and Copperfield have the right to perform it.
Of course there are plenty of knock-offs out there. That's about it .. Steve |

I'm pretty sure Kirby Van Burch has the rights now as well, but I'm not certain on that.
