I saw a coin through zip lock bag effect a while bag and can't remember what it is called or where to find it. Does anyone know the name of the effect and where it can be purchased? Thanks.

Alexander De Cova has a published effect called "Porous Plastic" that is on his Enigmatic Volume 2 DVD. It's a three-phase effect where three silver dollars penetrate a gallon ziplock bag.

Are you talking about Signed and Sealed by Nik Stokes?
It can be purchased here: MJM Magic Hank Lee Penguin Magic You will be disappointed with the method, however the effect is quite visual, and there is a s*****.

Thanks for the replies but I am still not sure if either is the one I saw. The one I saw had a demo that was shot real time in a restaurant. I believe the effect was shot with the performer standing at the end of a booth.
It also showed some alternate handling where the coin was laid on the top of the bag and just shaken. Very visual. I had made a note to myself and thought it was called compression but that didn't come up with anything similar. Still looking, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Could be thinking of 'Trespassing'?
The demo had it going through the bag whilst laying it on the specs hand, another by shaking and it seemingly melting in, and the coin penetrating into the baggie filled with water. Here is the demo video - http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ODLJ9EPUJNA |

Trespassing is definitely the one I was thinking of. Thanks Y2John. I think this looks good in the demo. Anybody out there care to comment?
