I have a 4 coin coins across that fits your criteria in my upcoming DVDs. It features a gesticulated HPC that happens in your hands rather than on the table or in a spectator's hands.

Jay Sankey's "Mr. Clean Coins Across" doesn't use the s****. Gregory Wilson has a strong version that relies on a similar method on his "Off the Cuff" DVD.
Have you considered three-fly? One that I've performed is Daryl's: http://magic.about.com/od/magicreview/fr/3flyIII.htm -Wayne

Winged Silver which is in bobo's book if you don't mind using an extra coin. If not, try the Deep by Chris Kenner. Even unicoin by chris kenner is a pretty good effect

Hi Camron and WELCOME,
While it doesn't use 4 coins, I have a really nice coins across, "KrazyKoinZ Across" on my Short Pockets download that fits your criteria. No gaffs, sh***s, etc...Just 3 regular half dollars that go across in some interesting ways... *PLUS you get a few other nice coin effects in the package. Check it out here: http://www.vinnymarini.com/download/shortpockets.html

The Roth routine from his book "Winged Silver" - just the basic version is strong and IMHO well worth learning. If you want direct you might enjoy the routine Harry titled "extra coins across" when it put in in Apocalypse Magazine.
...to all the coins I've dropped here

Camron:
I'm curious why you don't want to use the s****. I came around full circle in my coins across. I began with Roth with the gimmick, then evolved to 3Fly and then to Sankey Mr. Clean. Once I began to perform Hoosier's "ExTroydinary," I returned to the s**** and now perform Roth once again. -Wayne

The reason I don't want s**** routines is because I don't have one. There's no magic shop where I live, and I don't have a credit card to order one.
