Do you think that the audience really takes the concept of which one penetrates the other one?? Is always associated with the Linking Rings?? I am charmed with the effect, but I am a little afraid in putting it in my show.

Look for a few threads in this forum about Magic Ian's "Dances With Ropes". I purchased it from him with a set of linking ropes and I've put his method in my show with a tremendous response.

There are 3 different methods for the linking ropes Check Hocus Pocus.
Jeremy Pei---King King and the no gimmick ropes.
The no gimmick is done with ordinary ropes. Bear in mind, you cannot do the unlink with this method.
I would recommend the Jeremy Pei's routine.

Hey tricky, you are a little out of touch. There are many, many linking rope effects.
Mine, not only incorporates linking ropes but 4 methods of prof. nightmare as well.

The routine is sold including a great set of linking ropes, and the last routine has an ungimmicked linking ropes which allows you to link AND unlink the ropes.

That method is highly compatible with fiber optics as well.

Wiz Kid Qua-Fiki's Blendo Ropes routine is designed to explore the idea that ropes can penetrate anything, including one another. The routine is divided into five parts, labled below A through E.

The magician shows three ropes of equal length, red, white and blue, and tosses out the blue and red ropes into the audience. The spectators who catch the ropes are asked to bring them up to the front and join the magician, standing on either side of him facing the audience.

First, the magician pulls one of the ropes through his neck (A). Secondly the magician passes one rope through another (B). Then the magician links the ropes together at the very centers of the ropes, simply and seemingly impossibly (C).

Now the magician asks the spectators to tie their ropes into loops and he does the same with his rope. Making no unusual moves, the magician links the three loops of rope together in a chain and hands the chain or ropes to the spectators for them to untie and release the linked ropes (D).

Finally, the magician takes all three ropes, stretches them out side by side and twirls them around so that they wind together. Handing one end of the rope to each spectator, he has them pull the rope out of his hands to discover that all three colors have now blended into one very long rope which then passes through his body (E).

The routine is called "Blendo Ropes" after the final effect, but it really is a collection of rope penetrations with the rope colors helping the audience to tell one rope from another and tying it all together.
