Vibrating watch
I was at a restaurant the other night and the waiter left a funny little box on the table. My wife finally asked him what it was. He told us that it was used to page him. It was explained that the costumer sitting at the table can push on the screen and his WATCH will vibrate telling him that a table wanted him. Why darn! This made me think of using a helper with some real IMPACT! Lol Just change out the watch band for a new look and you are there! I just thought that I would tell you guys about it. Best Ray |

Tying a bit of string round your waiter's leg, and then hauling him in when you are ready to order works, too. Doesn't quite have the same impact in mentalism effects, right enough!

I remmember a spanish Magician that He invented a device to find any magnet. He's device was camuflated behind the wrist watch.
IF you want to find the object, move the wrist above the object and the device begin to vibrate. That it's perfect for looking for any object(previosly gimmicked with magnet) It's not the same, but it has its resemblance PS:sorry my english!!! PSS: if you'd like more information, I contact the magician for details |

Max, because you will have to make out a dealer request form first.

Hello Max and all,
I have seen/heard these used at a restaurant. They are not "covert" and for thumping purposes you would need more discreet and defined coding. I have a thumper (previously on the market), but I know Christopher Taylor's has an excellent reputation. This set-up is probably not less expensive than a thumper decided to do what exactly what you need. Most post is sincere and I am just trying to save you guys the money and time from chasing this. I would just go here: http://www.taylorimagineering.com/products/pro-thumper.php This tool is so versatile, it is certainly worth the asking price (in fact, as I recall I may have paid a little more for mine). I have used it in most every show since I bought one. Limitless applications. Sean |
